Effectiveness of rehabilitating exercise on cognitive function in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract：Objective To explore rehabilitating exercise effects on cognitive function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each group is 30 cases.In addition to the conventional therapy , the method of observation group was combination of reha-bilitating exercise eight weeks , apply MMSE scale and CVLT scale to assess cognitive function changes of the patients be -fore and after treatment .Results Eight weeks after treatment in both groups , patients generally no statistical difference . MMSE scale and CVLT scale score of observation group were significantly higher than the control group (all P<0.05), the observation group curative effect was better than the control group .Conclusions The method of rehabilitating exercise can improve cognitive function in patients with chronic heart failure .
