Inhibitory effect of Surg take solution on planting metastasis of exfoliated cells in gastric carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Surg take on cell growth and migration in Gastric cancer cell MGC-803 .Methods Cell proliferation of Gastric cancer cell with different concentration of Surg take solution was examined by MTT assay;Cell cycle distribution and cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytomtry .Cell migration assay was assessed by Transwell chambers .Results Surg take solution could suppress the growth of MGC-803 cells in gastric carcinoma , in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.01).Surg take solution could induce cell cycle arrest at the G 1/S phase and cellular apop-tosis, and Surg take solution could significantly suppress the migration of MGC-803 cells in gastric carcinoma ( all P <0.01).Conclusion Surg take could suppress the growth and migration of gastric carcinoma cells , which may provide a prominent choice for irrigation of peritoneal cavity for the radical operation of advanced gastric carcinoma .
