Differences of secreted proteins between lung cancer cells and bronchial epithelial cells

Abstract：Objective To analyze the differences of secreted proteins between lung cancer cell line and bronchus epi -thelium cell line.Methods Secreted proteins from lung cancer cell line 95C and bronchus epithelium cell line 16HBE were separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) .The differential protein spots associated with lung cancer were found and analyzed by software .Results 2-DE maps of secreted proteins were constantly obtained .Software analysis revealed there were 7 differential protein spots between two groups .Four differential protein spots were expressed specifically in lung cancer line and 3 protein spots were highly expressed in bronchus epithelium cell line .Conclusion The separation of differentially expressed proteins will be useful for further identifying proteins associated with lung cancer and for other related researches .
