Measurement of acute-phase protein of patients with HFRS
Abstract：To investigate the relation of acute-phase protein（APP） with haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS）．Adopt the special protein analysor of Beckman array 360 inspect the contents of serum APP from 253 cases with HFRS（observes group） and normal controls［including α1-AT，α1-AG，haploglobin（HAP），CRP and TRF］．The contents of α1-AT，α1-AG and CRP WERE Obviously increased but TRF decreased in acute phase．The result showed that the serum CRP level was directly correlated and TRF was inversely correlated to the patient′s condition．
