Using of nasobiliary tube in operation on cholelithiasis
Abstract：125 patients with cholelithiasis treated surgically were divided into drainage of T-tube group（group T-T cases）and nasobiliary tube group （group N-T，65 Cases），The two groups were decannuled by cholangiograply.There was a sisnificant difference satistically in days of hospitalization（P＜0.05），time of decannulation and biliary drainage（P＜0.05）between two groups.The complications were reduced in group N-T（P＜0.05）.This suggests that the nasobiary drainage can less time of hospitalization.avoid massive discharge of bile，reduce complications，less pain to patiens，and contrbute to early rehabilitation.
