Clinical feature and diagnosis and treatment of diffuse axonal injury（33 cases report）
Abstract：To study the feature of clinical pathology，the treatment and diagnosis methods of diffuse axonal injury（DAI）.The cause of injury，clinical manifestation，image feature，diagnosis methods，treatment methods and prognosis of 33 DAI cases were analysised.Results showed that the falling and traffic accidents were the major causes of DAI.It’s clinical specificity was not strong，and it had a high mortality rate.Its suggest that early medication and administration of neurotrophic factors may reduce the injury degree.
