Expressions of serum IgE and IL-4 of asthma patients with pollen test orinhaled glococorticoid
Abstract：In order to observe the treatment effects of asthma patients withinhaled glucocorticoid,the pollen test,the measurements of lgE and LL-4 were carried on.The results showed that the pollen skin test had the highest positive rate at attacking periods，the team and control group had lower positive rate.A singnificant difference of level of IgE and IL-4 was found compared the results of attacking period and remission period with the results after treatment and control group（P＜0.01）.The positive rate of pollen skin test had positive correlation with the levels of IgE，IL-4（P＜0.01）.It suggested that allergen skin test and measurement of IgE and IL-4 were diagnostic of asthma and inhaling glucocorticoid was an important treatment method at asthma acute attack period and remission period.
