The study of late unremoved gastric cancers by shuttcing off blood vessels around them and pumping into medicine
Abstract：To treat the late gastric cancer which can’t removed by shuttingoff the blood vessels around the gastric cancer，and putting a chemiotherapy pump into the central blood vessel of the gastric cancer（the experimental group，n＝31）.By contrasting with those which only used? pump in the central blood vessel of gastric cancer（the control group，n＝30）.The result showed that serious changes of histopathology in the experimental group is mainer than the control group.And the method of the experimental group can decrease the volume of cancer，the happenings of upper digestive tract hemorrhage，the liver metastasis and upper digestive tract obstruction（P＜0.05）.And the survival rate is increased（P＜0.05）.It is showed that the method of the experimental group is an useful operational methed.
