The clinical significance of measuring ACA in diabetic patients
Abstract：To study the relationship between chronic complications ofdiabetic patients and immune dysfunction ACA were measured in 50 patients with diabetes.The result showed：①The positive rate of ACA was positively associated with the duration of diabetes（P＝0.05）.②Patients with positive ACA has the higher lovels of blood glucose，triglycerides and urine microalbumin than that of negative ACA（P＜0.05）.③In patiants with positive ACA the rate of hypertension，cerebral infarction nephropathy and eyeground disease were higher than the negative（P＜0.005，P＜0.01，P＜0.05），but the myocardial infarction and hypercholesteroemia has no difference.This suggects that there is immune dysfuncfion in patients with longer duration.
