The prognostic signficance of Nm23-H1 and CerbB-2 expression in esophageal carcinoma
Abstract：91 ca ses of esophageal ca rcinoma，including 84 cases of squamousc arcinoma，3 cases of adenocarcinoma and 4 cases of undifferentiated small cell ca rcinoma were studied by immunohistochemi stry method.The results showed low rate of lymph node metastasis and h igh long term survival rate were found i n the group with high expression of nm23 -H１ or low expression of CerbB-2.In neg ative lymph node metastasis group，the ex pression of CerbB-2 was related to progn osis negative.
