The therapeutic effects of shenduqingchongji(Sdqcj)on chronic renal failure(CRF) rat
Abstract：o re search the therapeutic effects of Sdqcj on chronic renalfailure（CRF） rat，feed rat s with 0.75％ adenine food for 10 weeks t o make CRF rat，then divide the CRF rat i nto 5 groups（1.25g／kg Sdqcj group，2.5g／k g Sdqcj group，5g／kg Sdqcj group，coapeb a ldehyde Oxysparch group and saline g roup）randomly，control group is set up at the same time.All of the rats are irrig ated stomach with Sdqcj，coaped aldchyde oxysparch（CAO） and saline r espectively.Take blood after 28 days and measure SOD，GSH-PＸ activity，MDA，BUN，Cr ，Calcium，Phosphor，TG，TCh，TP and AL in pl asma；calculate spleen and thymus index；m ake pathological examination of the kidn ey.The results showed that Sdqcj could imp rove SOD and GSH-Px，decrease MDA，BUN， Cr ，and reduce the historical injury of the kidney.
