Significance of expression of inducible nitric oxide synthasc in primary hepatic carcinoma
Abstract：To study the production and significance of nitric oxide（NO）inhuman hepatocelluar carcinoma.（HCC） Immunochemihistorical method was used for determining iNOS of 50 patients with HCC iNOS appeared in the plasma or membrane of the hepatic cells and kupffer’s cells.There was no iNOS in lymphocytes.The degrees of iNOS expression between HCC and paracancerous hepatic tissues （PCHT） had statistical difference，so did between Edmondson’s grade of Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ.NO was related to the differentiation of HCC.The abnormality of expression of iNOS have effects on the immune reactivity of body to the cancer cells in some degree.Improving the NO production in the HCC cells may increase the antitumor ability of the patients.
