Relationship research of serum thyroxine to PRA,AngⅡ and LVEF
Abstract:The serum TT3、FT3、rT3、PRA、Ang Ⅱ were measured in 34 CHFpatients(experimental sujects) and 15 normal subjects with RIA. The LVEFs of patients were investigated by dopper Echocardiography. Serum TT3、 FTa of experimental subjects were significant lower than that of the control (P<0.001 ). The serum rT3,PRA and Ang Ⅱ of the CHFs were higher than that of the controls(P<0. 001). In multipe regression analysis, serum TT3 and FT3 are positively related to LVEF,and the serum rT3,PRA and Ang Ⅱ are inversely related to LVEF,and the serum PRA, Ang Ⅱ are inversely related to TT3. The results indicated that low serum TT3,FT3 and high serum rT3,PRA and Ang Ⅱ are the pathophysiology of CHF. It is important to measure FT3 ,TT3,rT3,PRA and Ang Ⅱ to estimate the heart function in CHF patients.
