The singificance of DNA ploidy measurement on thyroid lesions
Abstract：73 patients with thyroid lesions were studied using imagecytometery(ICM)and the specimen was acquired by fine-needle aspiration. The results indicated that the difference of DNA aneuploidy rate between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant and the DNA quantitative measurement can provide important in formation for judgement of biological behavior of thyroid lesions.
