Changc of scrum IL-1b,IL-6 and INF-a of patients with acutc cerebarl infarction during melt-embolus
Abstract：32 patients with acute cerebral infarction（test group） weretreated by melt-embolus method，32 patients（control group） were treated by normal method.Some cell factors of two groups were observed during treratment.Result showed that the serum IL-1β，IL-6 and TNF-α of test group were markedly fall at 2 hour and 6 hour after melt-embolus.The fall degree were relative to the cure effect and prognosis.The ESS and Bathal of the test group were markedly better than control group.This suggests the cure effect in lated or long-dated of test group is far better than that of control group.
