Relationship between hemorrhagic infarction and infarction volumc and prognosis
Abstract：To discover the relationship between hemorrhagic infarction（HI）and the volume of infarction and the influence of hemorrhage to the brain.49 cases with HI were found by CT scanning and 27 cases of them with large volume of infarction.Then 22 cases with large volume of infarction and without hemorrhage（NHI） were choiced as control group.At the beginning and the fourth week of the course，a clinical neurologic defect grade point was given for each group.The degree of the grade point decresed at the secondary examination was considered as the indicator of the recovery of brain function.This indicates that HI is more common in patients with large volume of brain infarction.Infarcted hemorrhage can affect the recovery of brain function.It is useful to prevent infarcted hemorrhage for the patients with brain infarction from his recovery.
