Abstract:To investigate the mineral elements absorption and distribution patterns of peanuts in different types of obstacle soil,Huayu 23 was selected as test material, and a pot experiment was conducted using neu-tral soil as control soil, and saline-alkali soil and acidic soil as the test soils.Samples were collected at pegging stage and maturity stage to determine the agronomic traits and the accumulation of mineral elements as nitro-gen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium and iron in various organs of roots, stems, leaves and seed kernels. The results were as follows ① Peanut grown in saline-alkali soil had significantly lower agronomic traits and photosynthetic pigment content compared to those in neutral and acidic soils;there were no signifi-cant differences in most indicators between acidic and neutral soils.② From pegging stage to maturity,nitro-gen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium transferred more to seed kernels with the largest decrease in the allocation proportion in leaves. The accumulation of each element was lower in saline-alkali soil, and potassi-um,calcium and iron had higher allocation proportions in the roots.Among which, the allocation proportions of potassiumand calcium increased by 27.73%and 430.32%,at the pegging stage, and 300.00%and 186.69%,respectively than those in neutral soil treatment. The differences between acidic and neutral soils were smaller.③ Saline-alkali soil had the greatest impact on peanut fat content, which reduced significant by 6.24%compared with neutral soil treatment.Different types of obstacle soil had varying effects on peanut yield, and the yields in saline-alkali and acidic soil decreased by 84.22%and 7.38%,respectively,than that in neutral soil.In summary, different types of obstacle soil showed different affects on agronomic traits,photo-synthetic pigment content, mineral element distribution, yield and quality of peanuts.Saline-alkali soil had a greater impact on peanut growth and yield, while the differences between acidic and neutral soils were relative-ly smaller.
