Abstract:To provide theoretical basis and technical support for the green,pollution-free,high-yield and good-quality cultivation mode of peach(Prunus persica L.),the experiment was conducted taking'Datuanmi-lu'peach as the material, and setting two treatments of tree trays covered with degradable film+natural grass between rows(T1),and tree trays covered only natural grass between rows(T2),with clean cultivation(CK)as the control. The effects of covering degradable film on the growth and development of peach trees and the quality of fruits were studied by measuring shoot length and diameter, total leaf number of shoots, leaf length and width, and single fruit weight, longitudinal and transverse diameters, soluble sugar and titratable acid contents under each treatment. The results showed that the shoot length, leaf length and width of shoots, longitudinal and transverse diameters of the fruit and single fruit weight of peach were all higher under T1 treatment compared to CK and T2 treatment, while the titratable acid content of peach fruits decreased slowly and was always lower than that under CK and T2 treatment;the content of soluble sugar and the ratio of sugar to acid increased slowly in the ripening process and were gradually higher than those of CK and T2 treatment. The correlation analysis showed that the single fruit weight was very significantly positively correlated with the total leaf number of shoots, shoot length and longitudinal and transverse diameters of fruits, significantly corre-lated with soluble sugars, but very significantly negatively correlated with the titratable acid content and signif-icantly negatively correlated with leaf length of shoots. In conclusion, covering degradable film could signifi-cantly promote the growth and development of peach trees, increase the shoot growth and fruit yield, and im-prove the quality and flavor of fruits.
