Abstract:To understand the seasonal dynamics of bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere soil of Codonopsis pilosula in Shanxi Province and its relationship with soil nutrients, this study used 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the composition and structural characteristics of bacterial communities in rhizosphere soil of C.pilosula in spring, summer and autumn. The results demonstrated that the Chao1 index and PD-whol-tree index of the rhizosphere soil of C.pilosula in summer were the highest among the three seasons, which were significantly higher than those in spring and autumn(P<0.05).The Simpson index and Shannon index in soil samples of the three seasons ranked from high to low as summer>autumn>spring, and the differences among the groups were significant(P<0.05).The abundance of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes in soil was the highest in spring, while Proteobacteria,Actinobacteriota and Acidobacteriota were the highest in summer.Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteriota and Bacteroidota in soil were the highest in autumn. The soil pH value, available phosphorus, available potassium and total nitrogen were the main en-vironmental factors affecting the soil bacterial community structure of C.pilosula.The research results could provide references for the study of soil microecology of C.pilosula.
