Abstract:The application of microbial agents is an effective way to improve the soil ecological environ-ment,increase crop yield and quality. This study used a field experiment with scallion as test material and set-ting 5 microbial agent treatments(T1:Bacillus subtilis;T2:Trichoderma harzianum;T3:compound microbi-al agent containing Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens;T4:compound mi-crobial agent containing Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis;T5:compound microbial agent containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Paenibacillus latericius and Pseudomonas gelidihum)and a control treatment(CK)without microbial agent to analyze the effects of different microbial agents on the agronomic traits and yield of scallion, and the physicochemical properties, enzyme activity and microbial community characteristics of rhizo-sphere soil. The results showed that the five microbial agent treatments could improve the plant height, pseudostem diameter, individual plant weight, and yield of scallion to varying degrees.Among them,T5 treat-ment had the best effect, with the above indicators increasing by 14.52%,23.43%,41.20%and 17.15%,re-spectively.The application of microbial agents could regulate the pH of rhizosphere soil and increase the con-tent of soil organic matter, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium,as well as the activi-ties of soil urease, catalase and sucrase to varying degrees, among which,T5 treatment had the best improve-ment effects.Microbial agents could also alter the α and β diversity of rhizosphere soil microbial communities,as well as the abundance of specific microbial groups, among which,T5 treatment significantly reduced the richness and diversity of scallion rhizosphere microbial communities. The correlation analysis revealed that the yield of scallion was significantly positively correlated with the alkaline nitrogen content, urease activity,cata-lase activity and sucrase activity in the rhizosphere soil, and showed significant correlation with various micro-bial groups. In conclusion, the application of microbial agents could improve the nutrient content and enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil, regulate the structure of rhizosphere microbial community and the abundance of specific microbial groups, optimize the rhizosphere microecological environment of scallion, and ultimately a-chieved the effect of promoting the growth and yield increase of scallion.
