Abstract:To investigate the effects of different carbon source inputs on greenhouse gas(GHG)emis-sions from saline alkali land, the salinized fluvo-aquic soil from the Yellow River Delta was taken as the re-search object.Six treatments were set including no fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization(NPK),ap-plication of corn straw biochar(BC),application of cow manure(M),mixed application of cow manure and corn straw biochar(MBC),and abandonment treatment(Y).The static dark box method was used to contin-uously monitor the dynamic GHG emissions, soil moisture content, soil temperature and corn yield during the corn growing season from June 30 to October 26,2023.The effects of different carbon source inputs and envi-ronmental factors on GHG emissions from saline alkali land were investigated. The results showed that the cu-mulative CO2 emissions in BC treatment was 16 808.85 kg·hm-2,which had no significant difference with CK.The cumulative CO2 emissions in NPK,M and MBC treatments were significantly higher than that of CK,and that of NPK and M treatments increased by 13.27%and 10.71%compared to CK,respectively. The cumula-tive N2O emissions form NPK,BC,and M treatments were significantly increased compared to CK by 43.84%,36.80%and 12.00%,respectively.The cumulative N2O emissions from MBC treatment was lower than that from CK,but no significant difference was detected. The minimum soil absorption of CH4 in MBC treatment was 0.18 kg·hm-2.The results of the correlation analysis showed that soil moisture content mainly af-fected CO2 and N2O emissions,With significantly positive correlations, while soil temperature was significantly negatively correlated with soil CH4 emissions. In summary, the mixed application of cow manure and corn straw biomass could significantly reduce soil greenhouse gas emissions.
