Effects of Reduced Chemical Fertilization Combined with Organic Fertilizer Application on Soil Microbial Diversity and Flue-Cured Tobacco Leaf Quality

Abstract：In order to investigate the effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertil-izer on soil microorganisms and flue-cured tobacco production,so as to selecte the best combined application method,this experiment set four treatments of conventional fertilization(10N),sesame cake fertilizer(20%organic nitrogen)+8N,sesame cake fertilizer(20%organic nitrogen)+pig manure(20%organic nitrogen)+6N and sesame cake fertilizer(20%organic nitrogen)+sheep manure(20%organic nitrogen)+6N,which were denoted as CK,B,ZB,and YB respectively.The effects of different treatments on indicators such as the field agronomic traits of tobacco,the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi,and the physical properties,chemical components,and aroma substance contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves were determined.The results showed that chemical fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer could effectively promote the growth of tobac-co plants,among which,the YB treatment performed the best.In terms of soil microbial diversity,the abun-dance and diversity of bacteria and fungi in rhizosphere soil were the highest in YB treatment,which increased the relative abundance of Ascomycetes,decreased the relative abundance of Basidiomycetes,and decreased the number of pathophysiological fungi.Under YB treatment,the flue-cured tobacco leaves were abundant in oil con-tent,strong in color,and good in appearance quality.Compared with CK,the maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and single leaf weight increased by 6.87%,25.40%and 29.00%,respectively,the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar increased by 14.10%,and the ratio of sugar to alkali increased by 53.93%,so the chemical composition was more harmonious.In conclusion,chemical fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer could effectively promote the growth of tobacco plants,increase the soil microbial diversity and improve the qual-ity of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Under the conditions of this experiment,the treatment of sesame cake fertilizer(20%organic nitrogen)+sheep manure(20%organic nitrogen)+6N showed the best effect.
