Abstract:In order to explore the effects of different land use methods on characteristics of water-soluble substances(WSS)in saline-alkali soil, the soil samples from three land use methods in western Jilin,inclu-ding saline-alkali grassland,saline-alkali wetland, and saline-alkali rice field, were taken as research objects, and the content of water-soluble carbon(WSOC)and three-dimensional fluorescence characteristics of WSS were analyzed. The results showed that under the three land use methods, the soil WSOC content showed the decreasing trend with the deepening of soil layers, manifested as rice field>wetland>grassland, and the soil WSOC content in rice field was significantly higher than that in wetland and grassland. The compositions of soil WSS under the three land use methods were mainly humic acids and soluble microbial metabolites. The results of redundancy analysis showed that in grassland and rice field, the slf-birth index(BIX)of WSS was signifi-cantly negatively correlated with the values of fluorescence index(FI),humification index(HIX)and content of organic matter. While in wetland, the BIX value was significantly positively correlated with FI,HIX and content of organic matter. The research results had certain theoretical and practical significance in revealing the formation and transformation of soil WSS under different land use methods, and could provide scientific bases for land management and improving soil salinization.
