Abstract:In this experiment, the apple rootstock cultivars(lines)of G935,ZC9-3,22#26,X3N1,PAJAM and 26-2 were selected as materials, and their annual self-rooted seedlings were planted in replanted and regular cropping fields. The effects of replanting on growth and physiological indicators of the seedlings such as plant height increase, stem diameter increase, relative conductivity, malondialdehyde(MDA)content and activities of antioxidant enzymes were analyzed, and the replanting resistance of the six apple rootstock cultivars(lines)were evaluated by fuzzy membership function method. The results showed that in G935 and ZC9-3,there was no significant difference in survival rate, plant height increase, stem diameter increase,rel-ative conductivity, contents of MDA,proline, soluble protein and superoxide anion, and activities of superox-ide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activity in September between the two treatments of replanting and regular cropping. In the other four rootstock cultivars(lines),the survival rate, plant height increase, stem diameter increase, soluble protein content and activities of SOD and CAT in replanted soil were significantly lower than those in regular cropping soil, while the relative conductivity, contents of MDA and proline, and production rate of superoxide anion were significantly higher than those in regular cropping soil. The replanting resistance of the six rootstock cultivars(lines)in the order of strong to weak was ZC9-3,G935,PAJAM,22#26,26-2 and X3N1.
