Abstract:The study was to investigate the effects of low-temperature granulated fermented feed on growth performance, serum biochemical indices, muscle quality and α diversity of intestinal flora in broilers. One hundred and forty-four one-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into control group,10%fermented feed group and 20%fermented feed group, which were fed diets with 0,10%and 20%granulated fermented feed added to the corn-soybean meal dry granulated basal feed, respectively. The results showed that 10%supplement dosage did not affect the feed to meat ratio and muscle amino acid content of broilers, but im-proved the elasticity and cohesiveness of ectopectoralis, and increased the Shannon index of intestinal flora(P<0.05);20%supplement dosage significantly increased the average daily food intake and activities of ser-um catalase and glutathione peroxidase(P<0.05).Above all,the granulated fermented feed could improve the muscle quality of broilers and the suggested supplemention dosage was 10%.
