Nitrate Accumulation and Signal Transduction under Salt Stress in Peanut

Abstract：To understand the effects of salt stress on nitrate accumulation in peanut,we checked the ni-trate contents in leaves under salt treatment,and found that salt stress inhibited the nitrate accumulation in peanut.Thirteen genes related to nitrate uptake,translocation and signal transduction in underground and aboveground samples were found response to salt stress by RNA-seq analysis.This study revealed the possi-ble mechanism about how salt stress affecting nitrate accumulation in peanut and provided target genes for fur-ther research.
