Abstract:The contents of salicylic acid (SA), jasmonic acid (JA) and jasmonoyl-isoleucine (JA-Ile) in pepper leaves between plants infected with TZSV and healthy plants(CK) were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The results showed that the content of SA was significantly higher than CK at 24, 48, 96, 120, 144, 168, 192, 216 and 240 h after TZSV infection. The content of JA was significantly higher than CK at 8, 24, 72, 96, 144, 216 h after TZSV infection. The content of JA-Ile was also significantly higher than CK at 24, 48, 72, 96, 144, 216 h after TZSV infection. The results indicated that TZSV infection could increase the contents of SA, JA and JA-Ile in pepper.
