Study on Tubulin Gene Expression Induced by Peronospora parasitica in Chinese Cabbage

Abstract：This paper mainly studied the expression characteristics of the α-tubulin protein gene induced by Peronospora parasitica and the dynamic structural changes of the microtubule under the infection of Peronospora parasitica. The results showed that α-tubulin protein genes expressed in all materials after Peronospora parasitica induction, and the microtubule cytoskeleton was more complete in the resistant variety. It indicated that the microtubule cytoskeleton had a certain function in plant against fungal pathogens.
