Effect of Silicon Fertilizer on Rice Grain Quality under High Temperature Stress

Abstract：In order to ascertain the effect of silicon fertilizer on rice grain quality under high temperature stress,a field experiment was conducted to research the brown rice rate,eating and cooking quality and nutritional quality under high temperature stress with Shengdao 19 as material.The results indicate that under high temperature stress,the application of silicon fertilizer significantly decreased the brown rice rate and was not beneficial to the improvement of eating and cooking quality,but markedly increased the nutritional quality.As a sequence,in rice production,comprehensive cultivation technologies should be adopted to improve rice grain quality under high temperature stress rather than only depending on silicon fertilizer.
