Study on Salt Tolerance of Seeds and Seedlings of 4 Mulberry Hybrids

Abstract：According to the salt composition in Dongying saline-alkali soil,the mother salt liquor simulated with the compounds of sodium chloride,magnesium chloride,calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate was diluted to treat the seeds of mulberry hybrids.The salt tolerance of seeds was evaluated by comparing the relative germination potential,and that of seedlings was judged through dry weight of seedling stems,leaves and roots.In the end,two salt-tolerant mulberry hybrids Jisang 3 and Guisang 6 were screened out.
