Abstract:Three groups of wheat soil on that different degree of wheat yellow mosaic virus occurred were collected from Linyi,Zaozhuang and Jining in 2016.The fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes were isolated by plate dilution separation method. The total number of soil microorganisms, and the types and numbers of three cultured microbes were counted, which were used to study their relationships with the occurrence degree of wheat yellow mosaic virus. The results indicated that bacteria assumed absolute superiority in number, followed by actinomycetes, and fungi was the least in the same places. But the type and number of cultured fungi were the largest, followed by bacteria, and those of actinomycetes were the least. The total number of soil microorganisms of serious disease soil was higher than that of light disease soil;the kinds and number of fungi in the serious disease soil had the most significant increasing, followed by bacteria, and aetinomycetes had almost no change.
