Effects of Different Concentrations of Chicken Manure Biogas Slurryon Yield and Quality of Chinese Chive in Open Field Cultivation

Abstract：In order to study the effect of chicken manure biogas slurry on yield,quality and defense enzyme activity of Chinese chive,5 different concentrations of chicken manure biogas slurry(10,20,30,40,50 fold dilutions)were sprayed during the growth period.The results showed that the chicken manure biogas slurry improved the yield and the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and VC,decreased the cellulose content,and had no significant effects on activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase,peroxidase and catalase.In this experiment conditons,it was the optimal to spray the chicken manure biogas slurry two times at forty fold dilution.
