Abstract:Taking 4-year-old Summer Black grape as experimental material, the effects of different shading treatments as no shading(CK),52% shading(Z1)and 74% shading(Z2)on shoot growth and fruit quality were researched. The results showed that the increasing shading inhibited the vegetative growth, which made the shoot thin and longer, the ratio of branch diameter to pith diameter and the leaves larger, but the leaf chlorophyll content lower.Shading also had large effects on reproductive growth, such as decreasing the fruit setting rate, grape clusters and single fruit weights, yield and fruit quality.
