Effects of Trialeurodes vaporariorum on Gene Relative Expression Levels of Defensive Enzymes in Different Cucumber Materials

Abstract：Using four cucumber inbred lines (No.4,13,19,76) as test materials,and the Daqingba cucumber material which was not resistant to Trialeurodes vaporariorum as control,the changes of gene relative expression levels of defensive enzymes were studied before and after inoculation of Trialeurodes vaporariorum.The results showed that five kinds of defensive enzymes of each cucumber material presented obvious gene relative expression level changes after inoculation.The resistance to Trialeurodes vaporariorum showed the descending order as No.13,No.4,No.19,No.76 and Daqingba.So No.13 was the key material to breed new cucumber varieties resistant to Trialeurodes vaporariorum.
