Screening of Suitable Lotus Varieties for Early Spring Greenhouse Cultivation in Shandong Province

Abstract：Lotus is an important aquatic vegetable.In order to provide suitable lotus varieties for early spring plastic greenhouse production in Shandong Province,the variety comparative test was carried out with Elian No.9,Elian No.7,Qitou,Donghezaoou and Suzhouhuaou as the tested materials.Comprehensive analysis of plant growth characteristics,yield and quality traits of lotus rhizome showed that Elian No.9 and Qitou had good performance and were suitable for early spring greenhouse cultivation in Shandong Province.
