Abstract:The effects of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics, fluorescence parameters, relative water content of one-year-old 'Dong Yue Hong'leaves were studied through setting 4 different gradients of drought stress. The results showed that with the increase of stress gradient, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Gs) of 'Dong Yue Hong' leaves increased firstly and then decreased;the transpiration rate (Tr) decreased markedly;and the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) declined firstly and then rose. The parameters of Fm, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo decreased under drought stress. The Fo showed a rising trend and the relative water content reduced slowly at first and then rose with the prolongation of drought stress.
