Effects of Different Organic Materials on Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco and Organic Carbon Pool in Soils

Abstract：The field experiment was carried out to study the effects of adding rotten wheat straw,green manure and microbial agents on quality of flue-cured tobacco,Zhongyan 100,and organic carbon pool in soils.The results showed that all the treatments increased the total carbon,total organic carbon,labile organic carbon and carbon pool management index (CPMI) in tobacco growing soils.Adding organic mnaterials and microbial agents could increase the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar,significantly reduced total nitrogen and nicotine contents,coordinate common chemical components and increase neutral aroma components.Green manure with microbial agents rendered the best effects.
