Abstract：Using the rootless test-tube plantlets of Malus hupenensis Rhed.as experimental materials,the effects of NAA concentration and media on rooting were researched with 1/2MS medium,plug seedling substrate,clay and sand as media.The results showed that using plug seedling substrate as the medium for ex vitro rooting of micro-softwood cutting had the best effects with the highest survival rate of 94％ and the root activity of 240.82 μg/(g · h).
