Abstract:Molecular marker-assisted selection has become a fast and effective breeding method in wheat breeding. Here 29 disease-resistant molecular markers were used to detect 354 wheat cultivars. Then the distribution of these molecular markers in the wheat cultivars were analyzed. The results showed that many wheat cultivars had more than one marker, such as Heimai AR132 had the markers resistant to powdery mildew, leaf rust and sheath blight simultaneously;twelve wheat cultivars had markers resistant to powdery mildew, leaf rust and gibberellic disease simultaneously, they were Huaimai 0607,SN086218,Shixin 733,Xu 30,Wei 74987,Zhoumai 28,Zhongmai 1219,Lian 05167,Huai 05155,Jagger,CP02-62-1-2-2-2-1,Zhongyu 01089.This study provided some basis for wheat pyramiding breeding.
