Analysis of Yield and Storage Endurance Differences between Filial Generation and Parent of Chinese Cabbage Huangya

Abstract：The yield and economic characters of filial generation and parent of Chinese cabbage Huangya were measured in this research,the effects of different storage temperatures and storage times on cleaned vegetable rate,Vc content and nitrite content were studied,and the yield and storage endurance differences between filial generation and parent of Chinese cabbage Huangya were compared.The results showed that the plant height,stem width,weight per plant,number of plant leaves and cleaned vegetable rate of the filial generation increased by 2.2 cm,2.9 cm,0.19 kg,1.5 slices and 7.0 percent point respectively than those of its parent.The storage endurance of the filial generation was better than that of its parent.The storage effectiveness of Chinese cabbage Huangya under 0℃ was the best,and the natural condition was the second.As the temperature rising,the cleaned vegetable rate reduced remarkably,and the Vc content reduced,but the nitrite content increased.
