Comparative Study on Polysaccharide Content and Its Antioxidant Activity of Phylloporia ribis (Schumach.:Fr.) Ryvarden of Different Years

Abstract：The optimum polysaccharide extraction method of Phylloporia ribis (Schumach.:Fr.) Ryvarden (PrR) was chose in this study,and the polysaccharide content and its antioxidant activity of PrR of different years were compared.The results showed that the optimal aqueous extraction method of PrR polysaccharide was as follows:solid-liquid ratio (g/mL) as 1∶ 30,extraction time as 2 hours and extracting for 3 times.The polysaccharide content of annual and biennial PrR was 4.48％ and 4.01％,respectively.The IC50 value of DPPH radical scavenging rate of annual and biennial PrR polysaccharide were 0.190 mg/mL and 0.239 mg/mL respectively.In conclusion,the content of PrR polysaccharide and its antioxidant activity both decreased with the increase of year.
