Abstract:Using plate and liquid culture methods to determine the available phosphorus content in liquid medium,an efficient phosphate -solubilizing fungus WL06 was screened. The fungus was mixed with a plant growth -promoting rhizobacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens WL21 in different mass ratios. Then the effects of different proportions of microbial inoculants on soil available phosphorus content and growth vigor of potted rape were investigated to screen the optimum formula. The results showed that they had the best phosphate -solubilizing and growth -promoting effects when the mass ratio of WL06 and WL21 was 1∶2.Under this for-mula,the soil available phosphorus content improved by 66.50% and the rape fresh weight increased by 30.76% than those of single phosphate -solubilizing fungus. This study indicated that the phosphorus -solu-bilizing compound inoculants had better effects on improving the soil available phosphorus than the single fun-gus,which would further promote the absorption of phosphorus by crop and increase crop yield and quality.
