Isolation,Culture and Pathogenicity Identification of Pathogen of A Tobacco Bacterial Disease

Abstract：The isolation and purification of pathogen of a tobacco bacterial disease was conducted from tobacco -growing areas in Liupanshui of Guizhou Province using the issue separation method.Its culture con-ditions were optimized,and the pathogenicity was measured with Jiangnan 3 as material.The results showed that the optimum growth conditions of this pathogen were 4% of salt concentration,10% of sugar concentra-tion,5 to 7 of pH value,and 25 ~30℃ of cultivation temperature.And the best infesting conditions of this pathogen were 20 ~25℃ of infesting temperature,and more than 70% of relative humidity.Thus,the disease was easy to infection under middle temperature and high humidity conditions.
