Abstract:The soil CO2 and CH4 fluxes were measured monthly in artificial grassland in spring in 2015 using an Ultraportable Greenhouse Gas Analyzer (951 -0011,LGR Inc.,USA)and SF -3000 soil flux sys-tem equipped with the four soil flux chamber. The relationships of soil CO2 and CH4 fluxes with environmental factors were also studied. The results showed that the soil CO2 flux exhibited an apparent diurnal variation. Its value was between -6.47 and 3.75 μmol /(m2 ·s),and the peak value and valley value appeared at 10∶00 ~12∶00 and 16∶00 ~17∶00.It was mainly influenced by 5 -cm soil temperature. The soil CH4 flux also had obvious day and night law.The volatility in daytime was bigger than that in nighttime. The CH4 flux values ranged from -16.31 to 13.13 nmol /(m2 ·s),and the peak value and valley value appeared at 16 ∶00 ~18∶00 and 10∶00 ~11∶00.The 10 -cm soil temperature was its main influence factor.
