Abstract:The bacterial community structure of field, vegetable garden and forest black soil in Sanjiang Plain in the northeast of China were analyzed using Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform under different cultiva-tion modes. The results showed that the microbial community of field, vegetable garden and forest soil existed obvious differences. The community richness of field soil was significantly lower than that of vegetable garden and forest soil, and the latter two were similar.Compared with vegetable garden and forest soil, the OTU num-ber of field soil reduced by 13.3% and 7.6% respectively. The microbial community composition of vegetable garden soil was the most abundant. The bacteria of Nitrospirae in forest soil held the highest level. The microbi-al community of field soil contained more abundant degradation genes of exogenous substances.Obviously, the black soil degradation in Sanjiang Plain was related to the changes of soil microbial community, and regulating the structure of soil microbial community was beneficial to the repair of field black soil.
