Abstract:The influences of Hizikia fusiforme multiplication on in situ treatment of restaurant wastewater in coastal waters were preliminary studied in Yunbo Bay.The results showed that Hizikia fusiforme had good uptake effects on N and P in wastewater.During the Hizikia fusiforme multiplication from February to April in 2015,the COD content in waters of experimental plot decreased from 140.3 mg/L to 65.7 mg/L,which de-creased by 53.2%;the NH4 -N content decreased from 0.35 mg/L to 0.24 mg/L,which decreased by 31.4%;the phosphorus content decreased from 0.22 mg/L to 0.07 mg/L,which decreased by 68.2%.It indicated that Hizikia fusiforme multiplication played an important role on in situ treatment of restaurant wastewater in coastal waters.
