Establishment of in vitro Regeneration System for Radish

Abstract：To select the best hormone combination for inducing adventitious shoots and adventitious roots,the in vitro culture of cotyledons with petiole from 8 genotypes of radish were carried out in this research.The results showed that Xinuoxiaoqing and Cuilüradish had high -frenquency regeneration potential.The optimum medium for their adventitious shoot induction was MS +30 g·L -1 Sucrose +0.7% Agar +5 mg·L -1 6 -BA +0.05 mg·L -1 NAA,and that for adventitious root induction was MS +30 g·L -1 Sucrose +0.7% Agar +5 mg·L -1 6 -BA +0.10 mg·L -1 NAA.
