Abstract:The growth situation of Bacillus cereus B -21 was observed in this paper.Through selection of optimum temperature and initial pH value, single factor experiments of carbon and nitrogen sources, the opti-mal culture conditions and carbon and nitrogen sources of the strain were determined. The optimal ratio of ev-ery component was further confirmed by orthogonal experiment.Ultimately, the optimal amounts of organic components of the medium were determined as glucose of 7 g/L,corn starch of 8 g/L and soybean cake pow-der of 6 g/L.Under the conditions, the number of fermentation bacteria could be up to 120 ×108 cfu /mL.
