Optimization of Culture Media for One Aspergillus niger Strain Producing Cellulase

Abstract：The liquid-culture media for Aspergillus niger FSDZH-1 to produce cellulase were opti-mized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the optimum medium formula was 40.0 g/L corn flour, 3.0 g/L peptone, 2.0 g/L (NH4)2SO4, 0.5 g/L Na2HPO4, 0.2 g/L MgSO4, 0.1 g/L FeSO4? 7H2 O and 0.5 g/L CaCO3 .Under these conditions, the enzyme activity reached 315.6 U/mL.
