Abstract：In this study, the process of virus-free plantlets, rapid propagation of tube seedling, rapid propagation in greenhouse and production of seed root were optimized, and the propagation technology system of one-year virus-free sweetpotato seed root was built.Compared with the traditional propagation technology of virus-free sweetpotato seed root, the fresh sweetpotato yield and germination rate of seed root significantly increased, and the virus infection rate decreased using this technology.It also could shorten the breeding peri-od for two years.Therefore, the propagation technology could be popularized in sweetpotato production.
